Program Description:
The A Latte Opportunities Coffee Shop Training & Employment Program is designed to empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) through hands-on vocational training, paid employment, and meaningful community service. In addition to on-the-job learning, the program incorporates structured community service projects, allowing participants to apply their skills outside the coffee shop and give back to the community.
